Weigh-In results for Monday August 24, 2009. I am slow getting this posted. I still need to post the v-log as well. But, for the “sake of posterity” or just plain tracking purposes, here’s the facts for Week 4 on the Take Shape For Life Medifast Program.
I followed the plan pretty close all week. I had two days where I felt very hungry. This may have been due to getting off schedule with my eating, or missing a meal the day before. One one day, I ate an extra Medifast packet.
Weight: 172.0
Loss of 1.6 lbs for the week, and TOTAL LOSS = 12.2 lbs
I was disappointed, as I am trying to lose around 3 per week, and really want to break the 60′s barrier – However most of this was probably due to water retention and bloating due to that “time of the month” we pre-menopausal women get to deal with.
Signs of lost inches: My slip literally fell off of me , and clothes are getting very loose. More and more people are noticing. I told my Mom and she is very supportive and interested in starting the program herself now that she can see my success.
