Week 15 Medifast V-Log

After being stuck on a 5 week weight loss plateau, I was very discouraged by last week. For Week #15 on the Medifast Take Shape For Life program I ramped up the exercise and stuck to plan. Find out the results.

  1. Yippee! I got a little teary when you said 4lbs! That is amazing!!!! So happy for you. I think that even though the numbers weren’t going down, you were loosing weight. YOU LOOK THINNNER than you did in your last video. I noticed right away. :) Honestly.
    So maybe your weight was not changing because your muscles were taking time to build and tone…?
    Anyway, Congratulations!
