		<description><![CDATA[Yippee! I got a little teary when you said 4lbs! That is amazing!!!! So happy for you. I think that even though the numbers weren&#039;t going down, you were loosing weight. YOU LOOK THINNNER than you did in your last video. I noticed right away. :) Honestly. 
So maybe your weight was not changing because your muscles were taking time to build and tone...?
