Hi Jules,
Yes, it's really me. "Incognita" I haven't been keeping up on this site regularaly like I had planned, (I've continued to work the program, and am having good success, but have been bad about updates)
This makes another good New Years Resolution. ;)
Eating something every 2-3 hours is critical. It keeps your blood sugar on a level plane, and prevents cravings. Look for high protein, low fat, low carb snacks. Another critical key is drinking 1 gallon water per day. You have to at LEAST drink 8 glasses, but it's not really enough. You have a great advantage of being able to live in an outdoors enviroment condusive to exercize. That's my next big hurdle. Once I can regularaly work out, I will be ready to transition off of the MF program. Now that you've found me, and I have at least one reader, I'll try to be better about posting again. :) Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday and Happy New Year - HK

Hey you! Is that really you!!!! You look beautiful! I had know idea what you were up to. Keep it up. Can you switch to food that you don't order? You know your nutrition so well.

Since I started walking here, I've noticed that my knees don't hurt any more with my extra weight. I'm still working on the weight part though... I'm going to try your 2-3 hour small snacking routine... I've heard a lot of folks do this. My weekness is forgetting to eat and then eating too much at night.

Merry Christmas H!
